      Our Senior Vice President of Engineering, Program Management, and Construction Management Services, Syed W. Ali, P.E., brings 30+ years of Infrastructure and Transportation PMCM experience to the GWI team. Mr. Ali has comprehensive experience managing design-build, design-bid-build, CM/GC and other innovative project delivery methods. He has delivered large underground, rail, transit, water/wastewater, environmental, and highway projects to successful completion through effective problem resolution and schedule control. His engineering and PMCM project experience includes OSHA, ISO, and QA/QC compliance, LEED certification compliance, special inspections, equipment start-up and testing, commissioning, schedule, and cost control for numerous government agencies including MTA, MTA C&D, NYCT, TBTA, NYCDEP, NYCDDC, NYSDOT, NJDOT, Thruway Authority, NJ Turnpike Authority, CTDOT, Massport, MBTA, MassDOT, and PRHTA. A licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Puerto Rico, he has extensive experience managing a large staff of project managers, construction managers, resident engineers, office engineers, and inspectors.

      Our Vice President of Engineering, Program Management, and Construction Management Services, Henry Schober, P.E., QCxp, QEI brings 34+ years of Infrastructure and Transportation experience to the GWI team. Mr. Schober, a licensed professional engineer in the state of New York, has extensive experience in the field of program management, construction management, electrical and mechanical design, facility startup, and commissioning across multiple government agencies, such as the MTA New York City Transit (NYCT), New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC), and Department of General Services (DGS). In supporting these clients, he has been involved with several multibillion-dollar capital programs. In addition, he has led multiple teams providing program services for Design/Build and Design-Bid-Build Capital Projects.

      Our Senior Vice President of State and Local Government Services, Rick Faircloth, brings 27+ years of consulting, operations, and business development experience to the GrantWorks team. Mr. Faircloth has an extensive record of accomplishment delivering technical and resource solutions for managing critical infrastructure, transportation, energy, environmental, disaster recovery, and resiliency programs for state and local governments. His experience encompasses both traditional capital programs and federally funded (FEMA and HUD) disaster recovery projects involving critical infrastructure, transportation assets, single- and multi-family housing, water/wastewater facilities, schools, hospitals, and ports. His expertise and client portfolio spans federal, state, and local government agencies across the United States and its Territories in the Caribbean and Pacific.
