Disaster Recovery Services
GrantWorks provides non-housing (infrastructure) Grant Administration Services to any community within the Disaster Recovery area.
We provide both pre-funding application services and post-funding administration services.
In the competitive Round 2.1 Pool, GrantWorks prepared the applications for six of the nine announced awards and 64% of the total funding. All of the applications we submitted in Rounds 1 and 2.1 in the “high impact” regions were accepted and funded. Our skill and success in creating fundable applications is unmatched in Texas.
GrantWorks performs the general duties including financial management and recordkeeping, draws, and monitoring/audit finding resolution; administration duties including reporting, fair housing, Section 504, Section 3, close-outs, amendments/modifications, change order processing, acquisition, and labor standards. Our CD Management staff have been trained and certified by TDRA to implement these projects and have deep experience and technical specialists backing them up.
