Our Economic and Community Development Services
GrantWorks’ Community Development and Economic Development Division offers decades of Federal and State Grant Management, Project Management, and 2 CFR 200 compliance experience to help administer the critical funding needed to drive your economic development projects. We provide in-house grant management services that ensure compliance through program and/or subrecipient monitoring and reporting so you can closeout audit-ready projects with confidence.
Grant Program Management
Our empowered employees and executive team will work with you to make decisions in your best interest, to include guidance on eligible costs and documentation services to assist awardees and subrecipients of eligible expenses.
Subrecipient Management
GrantWorks will act as a point of contact for subrecipients to send and receive updates from the grantee. We can also assist with RFP, RFQ, RFI and/or contract agreement templates that are needed to procure services by the subrecipients.
Financial Guidance
We assist grantees with reporting subrecipient metrics to submit in the grants management system and GRPA. Our expert team also provides support for SF-42 financial reporting, budget amendments, disbursements, and subrecipient invoicing.
Compliance & Project Closeout
We adhere to all Federal 2 CFR 200 compliance measures throughout the life of the grant, including timeline tracking of milestones & administrative and process monitoring.
